Comparisons to Orwell and he is so right, The Poster does linger in the mind. Great legs, Jack. Can't wait to get out and about again, house nearly sold and end of probate nightmare. I can see James Marshall's Book of the West Country on sale in all good tourist outlets - great photos, intriguing anecdotes and plenty of history, archaeology and Celtica where you would not expect to find it. Love those trees.
What a wonderful review! I have your Stone and Water too, and will leave a review when I'm through too. Reviews are so important. I also love all your photos about your trip with your son. Sounds marvelous!
Sounds like such a lovely experience, James. And so nice that you had the one-on-one trip with your daughter, and now got to have a one-on-one trip with your son. That's precious in and of itself.

Thanks for buying it! That trip seems ages ago now.
Great photos and sounds like a really enjoyable hike. AS a Coleridge fan, I guess I ought to have a go myself one day!
It's worth it, you can do it in stages too. The SW coastal path is busy; this walk was peaceful.

A stately pleasure-dome you did decree : ) That's a fine lookin boy James. What a great trip.
Thank you. He’s got his mother to thank for that…
Looks like a beautiful hike!
It was, seems like a year ago now!
